RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Perishable Products

Due to the nature of our products, macarons, cakes, cookies and other baked goods are perishable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your order arrives damaged or you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Custom Orders

Custom cakes and other custom-made orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Once a custom order has been confirmed, cancellations may not be possible depending on the stage of preparation.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases of digital products such as The Limilya Macaron Guide are final and non-refundable once the digital product has been downloaded or accessed.

Order Cancellations

For regular orders, cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible and before the order has been prepared. Once an order is in preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible.
